SCHEDULING GUIDELINES

STANDARD RESERVATION

Any available time within the next 14 days may be reserved.

MAXIMUM RESERVATION LENGTH

Up to 96 consecutive hours (4 days) per reservation.

VACATION RESERVATIONS

Reservations made more than 14 days in advance count as vacation time.

ANNUAL VACATION ALLOWANCE

Up to 20 vacation days per calendar year.

MINIMUM USAGE

Vacation reservations may be taken all at once or broken up as needed.
